Office of approx. 150m2, housed in a typical office complex floor.
Concept of facilities and their possibilities, with emphasis on the diversity of solutions developed in 3D and BIM workflow by disciplines.
Sample office project developed in BIM flow by disciplines. Designed to create a concept focused on the possibilities of facilities applicable in this type of construction.
Included facilities:
- Sanitary: Wastewater included in bathroom area adjacent to office, on standard floor.
- Plumbing: Centralized cold water and hot water distribution from the technical room to the toilet area.
- Ventilation: Mechanical supply and extraction. Air Handling Units located on the roof (AHU not shown in this example project).
- Heating: Centralized distribution by floors from technical room. Office heated by radiant panels suspended from the ceiling. Air supply at a warm temperature.
- Refrigeración: Similar to Heating, using the same centralized system and radiant panels. Summer operating mode, controlled from the central BMS to the generating machine.
- Electricity: Distribution by cable trays, with regulatory separation between power and data. Installation of sockets and connecitons in a flexible and distributed manner within the office space and meeting room.
- Fire Protection: Sprinklers installation in common areas and offices. Provision of smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
