Underground parking of approx. 4800m2, with compartmentalized access to elevator lobbies for stairwells of differentiated buildings.
MEP concept and their possibilities, with emphasis on the diversity of solutions developed in 3D and BIM workflow by disciplines.
Example project for underground parking developed in BIM workflow by disciplines. Designed to create a concept focused on the possibilities of installations applicable in this type of construction.
Included facilities:
- Sanitary: Wastewater in general parking areas, especially next to the entrance ramp. Inclusion of drains in technical rooms at risk of flooding.
- Plumbing: Centralized Plumbing technical room. Centralized meters divided by building (only pipe distribution throughout parking area included in the concept project).
- Ventilation: Mechanical supply and extraction. Ventilation fans next to perimeter walls for easy connection to the outside.
- Heating: Technical room for specific use. Centralised distribution and divergence in branches by building. (only pipe distribution thoughtout parking space included in the concept project).
- Electricity: Distribution via cable trays, with regulatory separation between power and data. Parking lighting using high-efficiency LED lamps.
- Fire Protection: Dedicated technical room with pressure system. Installation of Fire Hoses in accordance with regulations. Distribution of pipes to the stairwells of each building for subsequent connection to the necessary floors.
